01 / THE PILOTONE PROJECT AT A TIME

A story.
A sheet.
A sales conversation.

Your best project materials often sit in a folder after the work is finished. We write and design from that approved material, so you have something useful to send next.

The proposed US$250 pilot includes four assets and one consolidated revision. Scope, payment method, final terms, and start date are agreed by email before work begins. Purchasing is unavailable here.

What the pilot includes

01

Case
study.

600–800 words

Context, approach, and supported outcomes. A narrative drawn from one client-approved project.

02

Sales
PDF.

One page

A single sheet to share with a prospect or bring into your next sales conversation.

03

Sales
snippets.

Three pieces of copy

Three short pieces drawn from the same approved story, ready to use in your sales outreach.

04

Evidence
checklist.

Claim to source

The material behind each claim, laid out so you can review what the writing rests on.

02 / THE EVIDENCETHE MATERIAL SETS THE LIMIT

Make it clear.
Keep it true.

FICTIONAL WORDING DEMONSTRATION

“The project brought the brief,
the decisions, and the finished
work into one clear story.”

Illustration only. Any claim in your case study must be supported by your approved material.

If the evidence isn’t there, the claim stays out.

  • No invented metrics or results.
  • No invented testimonials or client logos.
  • Client names, logos, quotes, and results require source material and permission.

We agree scope, start date, capacity, payment method, and final terms before work begins.

  3. 03

    One round of feedback.

Review the first draft and consolidate your notes within five business days. One consolidated revision is included, targeted within two business days after complete feedback, subject to agreed scope and capacity.

04 / A FEW PRACTICAL POINTS

Before
you send.

Do we need interviews or new research?

No. This pilot uses existing, client-approved materials only. We do not conduct interviews or invent missing evidence.

What if the project has no hard metrics?

We write within what the approved materials support. Context, decisions, and completed deliverables can carry the story. We do not add numbers to make it stronger.

When does the first draft target begin?

The target is five business days after complete inputs and an agreed start date, subject to capacity. It is a first draft target, not a promise of final delivery five business days after your first email.

Can we purchase the pilot here?

No. Payment method and final terms are still to be agreed. Email us about one client-approved project and we’ll discuss fit, inputs, scope, and timing before work begins.
